Industry Collaborative Projects
AOD students are encouraged to take part in live industry projects as a part of their curriculum, and our students have taken part in many industry driven projects from different sectors from uniform design, corporate re-launches and even creating brand identity. AOD is keen to work with small, medium or large business from the private or the public sector, in a myriad of capacities.
At the Academy of Design there is always a group of budding young design talent armed with superior education and amazing talent and radical thinking awaiting your call to improve your business while they achieve industry exposure during education. AOD’s track record in student-industry collaborations speaks for the quality of education and establishes the value addition given by design to industry.
AOD is an example of an innovative organization that has helped place Sri Lanka on the global design arena. We wanted the best creative minds to work on our endeavour to infusing dignity to the vocation of farming and we believed that we will find them at AOD.It was a refreshing collaboration where we had a robust exchange of ideas that finally resulted in a tangible and meaningful output.
